A few things worth knowing.
Does Korte hold booking payments?
No. Players pay your venue directly. Korte stores submitted proof for review; a receipt is not independent verification that funds arrived.
Who handles cancellations and refunds?
The venue handles booking resolution directly under the applicable venue and partner terms. Korte does not process refunds or hold rental payments.
Can players create open play at my venue?
Organizers can set up meets and use Korte's live open play engine. A meet does not itself reserve a court: the court booking and venue confirmation must be arranged separately.
