By creating an account or using Korte, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Reading or closing this dialog does not itself accept the terms.

Korte connects the pickleball community through meets, court discovery and bookings, clubs, payment-proof review and live open play tools. Organizers and venues are responsible for the activities they offer; a listing is not a guarantee by Korte.

You must be at least 13 to use Korte. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. Follow separate participation rules set by the venue or organizer.

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without permission.

Keep your skill tier, rating and participation information honest. An organizer may use meet-only profile overrides to run a session; these are not a certification of your ability. Treat players respectfully and follow the meet and venue rules.

Meet fees and court-booking payments are sent outside Korte to the recipient shown in the payment instructions, such as an organizer, venue or slot seller. Korte does not process, hold or refund these payments.

For a paid meet, follow the payment instructions and submit the required receipt as part of the join flow. A submitted receipt or pending entry is not proof that payment was verified or a slot was confirmed. The responsible organizer or venue reviews the payment and status.

Check availability, price, recipient details and cancellation conditions before transferring money. Korte cannot reverse a transfer or guarantee reimbursement. Direct payment disputes and refund requests to the recipient; any recipient refund is outside Korte.

A meet and a court booking are different records. Publishing a meet does not by itself reserve a venue court. A pending booking request is not a confirmed booking; check its status and the venue's instructions.

Player limits, waitlists, payment review and availability apply to the relevant meet or booking. Do not assume a waitlist entry reserves a place. Where Pasalo is available, follow the displayed eligibility, claim timer, price and receipt-review steps. A claim can expire; a slot transfer is not a Korte refund.

Organizers and venues may change or cancel activities subject to their stated conditions and applicable law. Repeated no-shows, misuse of reservations or dishonest receipts may lead to restrictions.

Organizers are responsible for accurate meet details, court arrangements, payment instructions, receipt review, attendance and participant questions or disputes. Pasting a roster is a convenience: review imported names and settings before starting; it does not verify identities or payments.

Check in players who have actually arrived. Choose a supported matchmaking mode and supervise the courts. Live lineups and Up next can change as players arrive, leave or are edited. Automated rotation assists an organizer; it cannot guarantee equal outcomes or a particular matchup.

Only the authorized session owner should control live play. Use the explicit transfer or recovery flow when changing devices or organizers. Finish or cancel active matches and resolve saving or finalization errors before treating a session as completed.

Do not post harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, spam, illegal material or content that violates another person's rights. Do not bypass access controls, tamper with the app or disrupt another organizer's session.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Korte permission to store, display and use it as needed to operate the features you choose. Only upload material you have the right to share. Crop unrelated personal or financial information from receipts; never upload passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card details.

Korte may remove content or restrict access to protect the community and enforce these terms. Use the app's feedback channel to report concerns.

The Privacy Policy explains the information Korte uses, who can see it and your choices. Public profiles, published content and shared spectator links should be treated as information others may see or share.

Some meet records are eligible for automated cleanup after completion. Keep records you need for your accounts or dispute resolution; Korte is not a permanent receipt archive. Cleanup and account deletion can require processing time.

Korte's software, branding and design belong to Korte or their respective rights holders. You may share app-generated results and invite links for their intended community use. Do not represent yourself as Korte or reuse its branding in a misleading way.

The service is provided as available. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or require a connection. Local session storage supports recovery but does not guarantee protection against device loss, cleared browser data or every outage.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Korte does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, third-party activities or external payments. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Korte's total liability is limited to amounts you paid to Korte in the preceding 12 months.

Korte may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service's safety or integrity. Request account deletion through Profile settings. Records may be removed, anonymized or retained where needed for legal obligations, security or legitimate dispute handling, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Philippine law. We may update them as the service changes; the revision date identifies the current published version. Where required, we will seek consent or provide notice for material changes. Continued use is subject to the current terms and your applicable legal rights.
