Questions from players and organizers.

What is Korte PH?

Korte PH is a pickleball community app and digital paddle rack for the Philippines. Find open play, book participating courts, join clubs, and follow who's playing next.

Can I transfer my court booking?

Yes. Court Pasalo lets another player claim an eligible booked court slot. List it from My Bookings and complete the confirmation steps. The buyer pays you directly.

Can't make it to a meet?

Use Meet Pasalo to offer your eligible confirmed place to a waitlisted player. Choose Pasalo Slot on the meet page, then follow the payment and confirmation steps.

How does automated matchmaking work?

Korte assigns players and balances teams using skill tiers, available DUPR ratings, and recent pairings. Organizers choose whether to prioritize waiting time, fewer games, or matches within the same skill level.

Is the queue first-in, first-out?

Balanced gives the longest-waiting eligible player priority. Skill and pairing rules can adjust the final lineup, so it isn't an absolute FIFO queue. Balance Games prioritizes fewer completed games instead.

How do QR check-ins work?

Show your player QR code to the organizer. Where scanning is enabled, they can check you into the session without searching your name. Manual check-in is also available.

Can our group have its own club space?

Yes. Local clubs and groups that call themselves sub-clubs can create a dedicated space for members, meets, and conversations, with admins to coordinate regular play.
