Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, Korte handles account and profile information such as your name, email, username, photo, location, skill tier, optional DUPR rating and optional gender; authentication details; and content you submit.

Activity records can include meet participation, rosters, check-in, court bookings, external payment references and receipt images, slot transfers, club membership, messages, match results and standings. Notifications use device or push-registration information when enabled. Technical information supports authentication, operation and security.

Location, camera and notification access depend on the feature and your device permissions. Only provide information needed for the task. Never upload passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card details as payment proof.

We use information to provide accounts and profiles, discover relevant meets and venues, manage participation and bookings, let the responsible recipient review payment proof, operate chats and notifications, run sessions, display results and resolve support or security issues.

Optional analytics help us understand usage and improve the app. Where consent is required, that choice is separate from signing in or reading this policy. We may also process records to meet legal obligations or handle disputes.

Player profile pages and published meet, club and venue content can be viewed publicly, including by people who are not signed in. Available profile privacy settings can limit particular sections, but do not assume your whole profile is private.

Organizers can share a spectator link exposing the information shown in Watch, including players and court activity. Anyone with access to that link may be able to view or share it. Do not share a spectator link if you do not intend to share that session view.

Messages and operational records are subject to their feature's access rules. Other participants may save or share content they can see; Korte cannot control their copies.

Receipt images are stored in access-controlled storage and are not intended for the public roster. Depending on the feature, access is provided to the uploader and authorized organizers, slot-transfer parties, venue operators or site administrators responsible for review or support.

Uploading a receipt does not authorize its public publication and does not prove a payment was verified. Crop unrelated balances, transactions and other people's details before uploading. Payment recipients and external payment providers handle the transfer under their own practices; Korte does not receive your payment-service password or PIN through its receipt flow.

Korte uses providers including Supabase for account and application data, Firebase for notifications, Convex for configured live-session services, and Sentry for configured production error and performance monitoring. Google sign-in, maps or other integrations may handle information when you use those features. Their processing and hosting may take place outside the Philippines.

Google Analytics is used only when configured and you accept optional analytics. Selected public content pages may also load Google AdSense; Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own advertising policies. Korte's analytics preference is not a control for every external service or advertising cookie.

We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or disputes. Authorized support and administration access is used to operate and protect the service.

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, preferences and core operation. IndexedDB can store session state and queued actions on an organizer's device; session storage can identify the active controller and support recovery.

Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove local session information. Follow the transfer or recovery flow before switching devices during live play. Manage location, camera and notification permissions in your browser or device settings.

You can accept or decline Korte's optional analytics and reopen that choice below. Declining prevents Korte's optional Google Analytics loading and event tracking under that preference; it does not disable core features or reverse information previously sent to a provider.

External services may have separate cookie or advertising controls. See Google's Privacy Policy and advertising settings for their choices.

We retain information to operate your account and the features you use, and where needed for security, disputes or legal obligations. Different records have different retention needs.

The meet cleanup process targets receipt files after a completed meet's end date is more than three days old, and meet-chat messages after more than seven days. These are cleanup eligibility thresholds, not guaranteed deletion deadlines. Processing depends on the cleanup service running successfully. Venue-booking, billing and other records are not covered by those meet-specific thresholds.

Request account deletion in Profile settings. Deletion can involve removal or anonymization of application records and queued cleanup of stored files. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate security or dispute handling. Contact us for help with a specific record or request.

Korte uses authentication, access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information. No online service or device can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account secure, review what you upload and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you can request information about processing, access or correction of your data, and deletion or restriction where appropriate. You may object to certain processing or withdraw optional consent without affecting processing already carried out on a lawful basis.

Edit profile information and available privacy settings in the app. For other requests, contact Korte@outlook.ph. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information. You can also raise concerns with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Korte is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. Contact us if you believe a child provided information contrary to this policy.

We may revise this policy as the service changes. Check the revision date for the current version. Reading or closing it does not grant optional analytics consent; when a change requires consent, that choice must be obtained separately.
